ModulusIQ — a family of software products for trades and operations

Your work is messy.
Your software shouldn't make it worse.

ModulusIQ builds AI-native, human-reviewed software for real-world businesses — systems that reduce manual entry, keep critical details visible, and help teams spend more time doing the work than managing the tools around it.

Three principles. One product family.

Every ModulusIQ product is built on the same operating thesis.

01

The data is already there.

Your business already knows more than your software does. The answers are buried in emails, documents, notes, messages, records, and repeatable routines.

ModulusIQ products pull that information into shape — with AI drafting the boring parts and humans approving the important ones.

02

Built around the work.

Most software makes your business fit its tables. ModulusIQ works the other way around.

Every product starts with the real thing your team manages — a job, order, request, project, assembly, customer, or decision — then builds the system around it.

03

Every change is traceable.

Real work changes. The problem is not change — it is losing track of what changed, who approved it, and which version is true.

ModulusIQ products keep the record connected, current, and reviewable — so the source of truth does not live in an inbox, spreadsheet, or someone's memory.

One company. Four products.

Each product is built from the same operating thesis: less manual entry, cleaner records, and human-reviewed work moving forward.

Why ModulusIQ exists

Built by an operator who lived inside the problem.

Aaron Hubner, founder of ModulusIQ

Aaron Hubner spent 13 years running Wabash Lumber — a reclaimed-lumber operation that doubled as a custom build shop and as PlankWood, a DTC product line shipped to enterprise customers including Toyota and Whole Foods. He's since worked across commercial construction in estimating, project management, and millwork operations. The pattern was the same in every role: skilled people spending most of their time on data entry instead of the work they were hired to do. The data was already in the plans, specs, and schedules — it just wasn't structured.

ModulusIQ exists to fix that.

The loop, in four steps.

Every ModulusIQ product follows the same loop: capture the data, make it useful, route it for review, and keep the record current.

01

Data arrives.

Emails, documents, messages, schedules, payments, and customer requests — the daily noise your business already runs on.

02

Modulus structures.

ModulusIQ products turn raw inputs into the working shape your team uses — tasks, drafts, records, and decisions.

03

Humans review.

Important actions land in a review queue — approve, edit, or reject before anything customer-facing or financial moves.

04

Records update.

Approved work updates the source of truth — current, searchable, versioned, and tied back to what caused the change.
